What can I say about Signe? Except this girl is one of a kind. Sweet, silly, smart, athletic, outdoorsy, animal lover, creative - all on her own terms. If I didn't see her with the other kids at school, I wouldn't think she was "normal". But she fits right in. There is just something special about being 4. I think you can see it in these pictures. I know I can.
PS - Outfit is sort of an accident. She wore the dress to school. Then threw the boots on, so she could be on the deck while Dad grilled dinner. I'm not sure we could have planned it to be any cuter.

Love it!! She is most definitely your daughter... I feel as though you've channeled my ridiculous '80's fashion into her... as if, even while you questioned my wacka-do outfits, you admired the ridiculousness of them... remember the red and white striped Dr. Sues/MC Hammer pants I'd wear with red tee-shirt without the collar a la "flashdance" style and the ridiculous red high top Reebok tennis shoes... what a huge, red mess I was... nutty!! And, now look at Signe, that madness has been channel via your subconscious visual memories... I wish I was there... miss you... :( I am going to try my darnest to get there this year for the fall colors. Love, Jen
