Hocus Pocus

It may be April, but we are still enjoying Christmas at our house. Signe requests to watch Christmas movies on a regular basis. So when we saw the Easter Bunny at our town's egg hunt, he was dubbed Hocus Pocus. Hocus Pocus is the rabbit in Frosty the Snowman. She was completely enamored with him. We spent lots of time hanging out with him. Just standing near him - plus several hugs.

Signe was quite disappointed when Hocus Pocus had to leave to go home. We were literally the last people there. But luckily Hocus Pocus came to our house the night before Easter, leaving candy and presents plus hiding eggs.

Say Cheese!

Signe was thrilled to have her own camera at Michelle's baby shower. She ran around telling us to say, "Cheese!" What she didn't understand was why she couldn't see the picture after she took it? I guess most of her generation will only know digital cameras, not film.

Just us Girls

This was taken on our first "girl" trip. Daddy stayed home and worked. :o( We went to Indianapolis to see Aunt Michelle who is having a baby in the beginning of May. Wasn't Mommy brave to fly with 2 little ones all alone?

Typical Day at our House

Tea eaten with a spoon.

Hiding under the craft table.

Crawling in the green dragon tunnel.

Hanging out on the floor.

Lounging on the Boppy.

5 months old...

already. Where does the time go when you have little ones?

It's all about feet

I love it when babies discover their feet. Not sure why, but I do. Anni loves her feet so much that I tend to leave her barefoot so she can grab them.
To learn how to roll over from her back to front, she would grab her feet and use the weight to roll to her side.

Cowgirl Signe

You'd think by these pictures that Signe is REALLY into dress-up. Not really. She likes to dress up, but usually is un-dressed-up within 10 minutes. I think she enjoys the dressing part, not necessarily the wearing part. While wearing her cowgirl outfit I asked if she was a cowgirl. She said, "no, I'm Signe." I guess we'll have to keep working on that concept.
