Yep, Anni is teething. The drool started a few weeks ago and now she'll chew on anything you put in her mouth. The trouble is that she doesn't quite have the coordination to keep her hands by her mouth yet. It makes her extrememly happy to be up on your shoulder with her arms "trapped" by her face, to chew on your hand, or have you hold something so she can chew on it.She's had a couple of fussy nights, which we are attributing to teething. Who knows if we're right? It's one of the toughest parts of parenthood when they're this little, you just never know what's bothering them.
How cool is this little seat? It's from a company in South Africe and called a Bumbo. It's helps babies sit up as soon as they can hold their head up. Anni likes it a lot and sit as long as 15 minutes in it. She really likes to be upright. She'll lift her head up and try to sit up in her car seat. This seat is a perfect solution for her.
Look at the cute clothes my friend brought back from Spain. The ruffles on the legs remind of an Abba costume, maybe something from Mama Mia. Either way, it's really, really cute!

gosh darn, i want a bumbo! Wish they shipped overseas. :P Georgia loves being upright as well - in fact, she loves to STAND, crazy girl. she tends to lock her knees and then can't get back down again, so I have to help her! ;) Anni sure is adorable!!!!!
OMG, she is adorable! We too love that Bumbo. Although Luke is kind of sitting on his own. Just forgetting that he can't pitch himself backwards just because. I guess he will learn? ;)
That is the coolest chair! I can't believe she has gotten so big already, time sure flies...
