Pajama Girl

Signe loves her footed pjs. For the last month or so, it's about all she wears. She doesn't wear the same ones all day. I make her put a clean pair on in the morning and for bed. Her favorites were the printed ones - pink giraffe, purple stars, polka dots & snowflakes until the pink ones with penguins arrived from Grandma Joyce for Christmas. They are hands-down her favorite.

Luckily, she has lots of footed pjs. I picked up 4 pairs to get her through this winter. Then she has gotten 3 more pairs as gifts and 2 hand-me downs.

She understands that she has to put clothes on when we go out of the house. I stand very firm on that rule. She also understands that she can't wear them when they are dirty. She has asked if they were clean yet.

I just hope that by not making a huge deal out of this that it will pass more quickly. I already see light at the end of the tunnel. All this week she has had clothes on for part of the day, even on the days we've stayed home.
