Summertime

Summer is here. Well, at least that's what the calendar says. We have had rain nearly every day in June and very few days above 75 degrees. But summer is short here in Vermont, so we must make the most of them. We eat outside if the weather permits. We even go to the pool when it's only in the 70s. If we waited we might only swim a few times a summer. This picture is from one of the few hot days in June. The girls played in the sprinkler because the pool wasn't open yet. And it was really hot - mid eighties!
