Anni loves to have a small something & a large something - like Baby Elmo & Mommy Elmo. And we have many characters that fit this bill. Ernie, Cookie Monster, Rudolph, Ponies, Buzz & Woody to name a few. Her favorite this week is a little baby from her doll house and a regular doll. (I don't know why, but all of our babies are naked. Anni doesn't want them to have clothes on.)
She loves to play outside. She asks to go outside first thing in the morning. On some days that would be at 5:30. She loves to pull the wagon & push the mower. She especially loves to use whatever garden tool you are using. I wish we had fenced in yard, so Anni could play outside for a few minutes while I ran to answer the phone or made dinner. Because if she hears our neighbor's dog, Hanna, she is off to say hello -usually straight through the woods.
She loves to sing. The ABC song is at the top of her charts. She "reads" books on her own. It doesn't matter whether she has the book in front of her. She'll just say the story.
