We all marched in the 4th of July parade to promote the Circus that KidsPLAYce is sponsoring. It was beautiful weather for a parade - nice & cool, but not cold. Signe held Daddy's hand while he played his trumpet. Anni rode on Mommy's back in the hiking carrier. It's a LONG parade, almost 2 miles. We were told that we were the most star-spangled family. Each of us sporting our best red, white & blue. Kent was the best sounding & loudest trumpet in the whole parade. (He told me to type that.) 
Anni insisted on wearing her boots, which she does most of the time. I don't mind. I think it's absolutely adorable. Everywhere we go, people comment on her boots.
Afterwards, we stopped off at KidsPLAYce for ice cream. Then spent the rest of the day at home. The weather was unpredictable, cloudy & rainy. The girls are still to young to stay up for fireworks yet.
